Medium duty towing for box trucks, vans and
small commercial vehicles

When a vehicle comes off a route, the day is already costing money. We answer 24 hours.

A vehicle off the road is a route not running

Commercial breakdowns work differently from a car breaking down. When somebody’s Civic will not start, one person is inconvenienced. When a delivery van stops halfway through a run, there is a route not finishing, a customer not receiving, a driver on the clock doing nothing, and a dispatcher trying to reshuffle a day that was already tight. Speed matters more, and so does knowing on the first phone call whether the company you are ringing can actually take the vehicle. Getting a truck out and discovering it is not rated for the load wastes an hour that nobody had.

So, plainly: we handle box trucks, cube vans, sprinters, step vans, cargo vans and small commercial vehicles that fit within our flatbed capacity. We do not handle semis, tractor units, buses or RVs. If your vehicle is in that heavier class we will tell you on the call and you can ring a heavy duty operator without losing time.

What fits on our decks

Cube vans and box trucks in the common delivery sizes. Mercedes Sprinters, Ford Transits and Ram Promasters in cargo and cutaway configurations. Step vans. Contractor trucks with service bodies and racks. Utility and landscaping vehicles. Small flatbed and stake-bed trucks.

Height is the thing people forget. A box truck is a large object, and getting it onto a deck and then under a bridge or into a low-clearance yard needs to be thought about before the vehicle is loaded, not after. When you call, tell us the vehicle and, if you know it, the height. It changes the route rather than the price.

Weight is the other. Our flatbeds have a rating and we work inside it. A loaded box truck weighs considerably more than an empty one, and if the load can be transferred or removed before we arrive, that sometimes turns a job we cannot do into one we can. Worth asking about on the call.

The businesses we do this for most

Local delivery and courier operations running vans around Washtenaw and western Wayne County. Trades businesses with a service body truck that has become the single point of failure for the whole week. Small fleets who do not have their own recovery arrangement and need one number to ring. Rental and leasing companies moving a vehicle back to a depot. Businesses relocating equipment between sites.

The common thread is that the vehicle is a working asset rather than personal transport, and the clock is running on it. We keep that in mind on the phone. You get a straight answer about whether we can take it and how long we will be, not a maybe.

We are licensed and insured and run under USDOT 4115409. If your insurer or your fleet policy needs that on file, ask and we will provide it.

How a commercial call runs

Vehicle details first

Make, type, rough size, whether it is loaded, and where it is. This determines straight away whether it is a job for us.

Access check

Where the vehicle sits matters as much as what it is. A loading bay, a multi-storey, a narrow yard or a live traffic lane each change the approach.

Priced and dispatched

You get a figure on the phone before the truck moves.

Delivered and documented

To your workshop, a dealer service department or a yard of your choosing. Paperwork provided if you need it for a fleet record or an insurance claim.

Commercial coverage across the area

Our service radius covers the industrial and distribution corridors that matter for this kind of work. That means the I-94 stretch through Ypsilanti and Belleville, the US-23 corridor north through Whitmore Lake toward Brighton, and the commercial density around Canton, Plymouth and Novi.

Because we run four trucks rather than one, a commercial call does not sit behind a queue of car tows. That is the practical difference for a business, and it is why we split the fleet the way we do.

Common questions

Box trucks, cube vans, sprinters, step vans, cargo vans and small commercial vehicles that fit within our flatbed capacity. We do not tow semi trucks, tractor units, buses or RVs.

Sometimes, depending on the total weight against our deck rating. Tell us what is in it when you call. If the load can be removed or transferred first, a job that would otherwise be out of our range often becomes straightforward.

Yes. Several local businesses use us as their default call for vehicles going off the road. There is no contract or retainer involved. You ring the same number and we know the fleet.

Yes. Ask the driver at the time and we will provide documentation of the tow, including our USDOT number, 4115409.
